Verbal Penetration is unique among poetry books. It is a collection of my early work in The Punany Project, which blends poetry with stand-out pages related to sexual health. It is a great book for discussion groups and classes. If you are a true Punany fan, this is the book to own, especially if you can't get your hands on my first title Punany: The Hip Hop Psalms. This book includes pieces made popular on HBO Real Sex like The Head Doctor and Punany Dream. Most of the early theater sketches take text from this book, such as the epic black love piece Daddy Sam. Recurring characters like The Lady Bum, Ghetto Cinderella and Jane Therese make appearances in poetry with are also complete stories.
